Terms of Payment
Homeowner agrees to pay half of the bill upfront on the day the work begins and the remainder of the balance after the work
is completed to the standards set forth by the contract.
Contingency Clause
In case of unforeseeable conditions (such as rusty pipes, damaged walls or floors, etc...) the owner agrees to pay for additional
materials needed to complete the job appropriately and adjustments will be made to the original quote to reflect added work
done.
Guarantee
All installation completed by Schrader Innovations is 100% guaranteed. However, if products/materials installed default due
to manufacturers defect, Schrader Innovations is not responsible for maintenance or replacement of such products. Should any
circumstances arise due to poor craftsmanship; Schrader Innovations will assume the responsibility to repair such issues appropriately.
